OUR COACHING STYLE
High contact is where it’s at.
We’re in your ear, on your phone and smacking your shoulder when you hit that PB. You won’t be wondering when you’ll hear from us.
To give you the very best coaching experience (and hit those strength goals) we review and tweak your programming weekly to match what you need. None of this once-a-month program update or barely a call from your coach.
And when you talk, we shut up and listen.
We pay attention to not just what you say – but what you don’t say. We spend time weighing your performance against your headspace (it tells us a lot!). So you get ultra-high levels of coaching, encouragement and advice.
Lifting heavy shit feels freakin’ good.
But it’s not everything.
We help you get results in the gym with a focus on what’s happening outside of it. (You’ve got a life to live beyond comp day.)
Oh and we’re pretty darn experienced too.
