We love data!

Heck, we’d happily spend hours comparing the stats on our athlete’s latest performances.
But there’s something more important than data.
You.
Without you, all those spreadsheet boxes would be empty.

That’s why we have an equal focus on you and the science behind what we do. We track everything from weight lifted week to week, 1RMs, E1RMs, to scale weight and body composition.

Data rocks because it tells us if our current approach is working (or not). But those numbers don’t account for all the variables in your life. Job changes, moving house, injury, sickness, relationships…life is complex and ever-changing.

So we adapt our coaching to suit what’s happening in your life right now. You might need training volume and intensity regulation or to drop a training day. That’s cool. Goals aren’t reached by ignoring obstacles. You get gains by strategically dealing with what’s in your way.

We’re all humans, not robots. (Thank f*ck.)

Hey I’m Nat.

OWNER, HEAD COACH AND NUTRITION COACH

My coaching specialities are:

  • Performance nutrition
  • Strength and conditioning
  • Body recomposition for competing lifter

Like every powerlifter I live, sleep, eat and breathe lifting heavy shit.

My life is awesome now but it wasn’t always that way. I suffered from restrictive dieting and a binge eating disorder. But powerlifting healed my relationship with my body and food.

With over four years under my belt as a competitive powerlifter for over three years, I’ve competed at a state and national level with multiple wins!

Competition stats:
Squat: 157.5kg
Bench: 92.5kg
Deadlift: 170kg

My goals are to get you stronger in every way, help you build a positive relationship with food, and get you hitting PBs!

Hey, I’m Alfie

Owner, Gym Manager + Strength Coach

Since 2011 my number 1 passion has been training hard in the gym. In 2017 I found powerlifting and have loved every minute of the journey it has taken me on. In the last year that journey has transcended just the pursuit of strength, leaving behind my career as an electrician to open a gym. I can now say proudly with a smile on my face, Powerlifting is my life.

Squat: 270kg
Bench: 150kg
Deadlift: 285kg

In my time working with and around some of the best coaches around helping shape me as a lifter, as I have grown as a lifter whilst my own personal lifting goals have evolved, the desire to help others achieve their own goals.
