Starting with an initial technique session – we’ll give you in-depth guidance on the foundations of the squat, bench, and deadlift.
After this session, you get a full technique report of everything we covered.
Plus all of this:
- 1 x 60 min 1-to-1 coaching (yep, our eyes and thoughts are 100% on you for a whole hour)
- Weekly program updates (to make sure you’re optimising strength and muscle gain)
- 24 hour response time from your coach (so you’re not left wondering when we’ll get back to you)
- Feedback delivered by voice message via Discord (tone of voice doesn’t translate by text)
- Group chat with the whole team (where your coaches provide updates and spark discussions)
