Hello! Welcome to the Nemesis Performance blog. This is something I have wanted to do for a while so I’m excited to get started, and I hope you’re excited to follow along.

With this blog, I will be sharing content about things I’ve learned over the years working as a coach. Everything from squat, bench, and deadlift technique to programming to nutrition with some personal stories thrown in for fun.
I currently offer online and in-person coaching but if you are unsure where to begin, my beginner powerlifting program is a great place to start.
